This 10-lesson experience is designed for women who want to train until it becomes instinct. You’ll build muscle memory through ongoing practice, gain confidence at home with a personalized in-home lesson, and invite a friend to join one session—so someone you trust can learn alongside you. Includes one year of direct support—so you’re never on your own.
