As a former police officer, I'm committed to sharing my law enforcement expertise to help women be safer—whether at home, in their communities, at work, while traveling, or any other environment they encounter.

With a strong emphasis on threat perception, de-escalation, and practical self-defense techniques, I provide women with the skills they need to navigate the world with confidence. Understanding the importance of confidentiality, I create a safe, supportive learning environment for those who have experienced or fear violence.

At just 5’2”, I know that self-defense isn’t about size—it’s about awareness, confidence, and skill. I served over a decade as a patrol officer with the Burlington Police Department (BPD), where I dedicated my career to protecting others.

As a former certified R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) instructor and lead trainer for BPD’s community self-defense program, I empowered women of all ages and abilities with the tools and mindset to stay safe.
