With over 20 years of experience in law enforcement and personal safety, Laura brings real-world knowledge to help women feel more secure, prepared, and confident in everyday life. Her background as a patrol officer, state investigator, crisis negotiator, and domestic violence/sexual assault first responder has shaped a trauma-informed approach to self-defense that goes beyond physical techniques.

Through years of training in de-escalation, threat recognition, and Krav Maga, Laura teaches practical, effective strategies that work in real-life situations—especially for women who have experienced trauma or fear violence.
